These terms cover your use of daylit.studio. By using the site you’re agreeing to them. They’re the rules for the website itself, not a contract for studio work; if we work together on a project, that has its own agreement.
Using the site
You’re welcome to read, browse, and shop here. We ask the obvious things in return: don’t try to break, overload, or hack the site, don’t scrape it wholesale, and don’t use it to do anything illegal or to harm someone else. We may suspend access if the site is being abused.
Our content and marks
The writing, design, images, code, and the Daylit name and logo on this site are ours (or used with permission), and they’re protected by copyright and trademark. You can’t copy or reuse them for your own purposes without our okay. Things you buy from the shop are yours to use as a normal owner would, governed by the sale terms shown at checkout.
The shop
The shop sells physical goods. Prices and availability are shown on each product page and can change. When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy; we confirm the order once we accept and process payment. We aim to keep product descriptions, prices, and stock accurate, but if we spot a genuine error (a wrong price, an out-of-stock item), we may cancel or correct the order and refund you.
Shipping timelines, costs, and our returns and refunds approach are shown at checkout and on the relevant product or policy pages. The specifics there govern your purchase. If anything’s unclear or an order goes sideways, email us and we’ll sort it out.
Disclaimers and liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we offer it “as is.” We can’t promise it’ll be free of every error or never go down for maintenance. To the extent the law allows, Daylit Studio isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our liability for anything connected to the site is limited to what you actually paid us in the related transaction. None of this limits any right you have under consumer-protection law that can’t be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and any dispute belongs in the courts located there.
