Mount Nittany Health is a hospital system, and its website sat with the marketing team. We inherited a site patched past the point of patching, kept it standing, and then rebuilt it properly.

Patch first. Then rebuild.

A hospital site cannot go dark while it gets fixed, so we stabilized the broken parts first and rebuilt on a foundation that would not need the same rescue later. Along the way we took over the analytics and ad work the hospital paid outside vendors to run, and made it line up with what the site actually did.
